We were accepted into the Cyberport Incubation Programme in February 2020 and in April we signed a Joint Venture Agreement with Wellchamp Capital, which provided us with our SFC licensing solution. In June 2020 we completed our seed investment round and we’re currently working hard to prepare the business for launch in the first half of 2021.

With our patent-pending technology we create custom-made portfolios for each of our customers and then we automatically manage them 24/7. And unlike traditional investment advisors, we only charge fees when our investment advice delivers positive returns. We don’t charge commissions, or any other hidden fees, and our advisory fee of 0.5% p.a. when we do charge it is a fraction of the industry standard (which here in Hong Kong is about 2% p.a. or higher).

In April 2020 we signed a US$1.9m JV deal with Wellchamp Capital and in June we closed our US$0.5m seed investment round. We’re currently in the final stages of building the proprietary technology for our independent, end-to-end and SFC licensed investment platform.

We plan to raise our Series A round in mid-2021, after the initial launch of the business in Q1 2021. The Series A round will provide us with the funds to scale up in Hong Kong, before subsequently launching across Asia.
