Since Lendela’s launch in early 2019, we have aimed to merge Nordic-inspired user experience and financial technology with local expertise in the Southeast Asian region. Starting in Singapore, we have also expanded our operations to Hong Kong.

Our founding team comes from Sweden where the online loan matchmaking model has been serving the public for more than 15 years. Prior to launching Lendela in Southeast Asia, both our founding team and operational team have been working in the online loan industry for more than a decade, playing key parts in the development of major Scandinavian consumer finance companies like Lendo and Zmarta Group.

At  Lendela , we believe in innovation and technology. We want to transform the Southeast Asian lending space by empowering the loan applicant and offering speed, simplicity and transparency throughout the application process.
