Established in 2018, Amber Premium Singapore (through its entity Sparrow Tech Private Limited) has obtained the Major Payment Institution (MPI) license from the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) to provide Digital Payment Token (DPT) services in Singapore under the Payment Services Act (PSA). We have a team of deeply experienced individuals who focus on Fintech, digital asset products, infrastructure building, compliance, and the user experience.

Former name: Sparrow. Sparrow was acquired by Amber Group in November 2022 and fully rebranded to "Amber Premium Singapore" on 30 April 2025.
