The Boersenampel (stock market traffic light) is a robust, three-stage signal system designed to provide you with orientation in the German stock market. Based on almost 30 different indicators, the opportunity/risk ratio for the German stock market is calculated monthly and displayed in the traffic light signals red, yellow and green. Investors could use the stock market traffic light in such a way that they expand their stock exposure when green, reduce it when yellow and significantly underweight stocks when red.
