About BRIDG
We provide your company upfront cash by pulling your own Cash Flow forward. We have created a marketplace for SaaS companies to sell their predictable, monthly recurring revenues to investors.
We want to give SaaS companies access to their own Cash Flow by pulling it forward and by doing so we are creating a new asset class.
For decades, manufacturing companies have been able to access multiple sources of asset-backed financings like working capital lien, corporate debt, corporate bonds, factoring, short-time credits and more. Not so SaaS companies.
We think software contracts are even better than senior debt tranches. Thus, we have created a marketplace that treats recurring revenue contracts as an asset. BRIDG is a two-sided marketplace connecting companies that have predictable, monthly or quarterly recurring revenue with institutional investors who bid to purchase these revenue contracts for their annual value, upfront. Our mission is to provide companies a new source of financing in addition to discounting MRRs, taking on expensive loans or selling shares which is the most expensive way to fund growth and which comes with a significant dilution.
We are a team of established entrepreneurs and we understand the frustration of sacrificing ownership and control that comes with selling shares. That is why we created this new source for companies to raise capital, free of debt and dilution. And we are spreading across Europe.
