C24 Bank

C24 Bank was founded with the vision of providing customers with a particularly convenient and secure banking experience, while at the same time providing functions that enable customers to optimize their finances and save money. It was part of Check24 Group. In September 2025, Check24 founders Henrich Blase and Eckard Juls personally acquired a 75% majority stake in C24 Bank, reducing the core Check24 comparison portal entity's holding to just 9.9%.

Separately, BaFin appointed a special supervisor in November 2025 over AML deficiencies, following an earlier €1.25M fine (2024).
