But most fundamentally our mission is to make a mortgage what it ought to be: part of sound a financial and happy future for our customers. While other brokers just offer products, we help our customers understand the rationale of buying a house, and what type of mortgage best fits their financial future. We are no car sales people, we are mortgage doctors: we ask our customers key questions and explain their choices and the impact. We make a diagnosis, rather then sell a product that the customer does not quite understand. We have built unique, first in class tools to help us do that. We are very proud that our customers have awarded us with scores of excellent trust pilot reviews and honor us with referrals of their friends. Our customers tell us we are on the right path and give us awesome accolades. Unlike other large or aspiring new brokers we are an independent company. We are not owned by a bank or some other interested party that is in the background. We make our money serving our customers best, and relying on advanced technology to keep our costs low, provide the best solutions and help our team be insightful and productive. We started as a father son team who were ‘mad’ at the market, and have grown to a ‘family’ of caring, talented mortgage professionals with diverse backgrounds and strengths.
