PIA - Impleco

We are a young company that combines many years of banking experience with enthusiasm for technical innovations and digital sales channels. As part of a joint project of the three PSD banks Berlin-Brandenburg, Rhine-Ruhr, and Westphalia-Lippe, we designed the real estate platform PIA and successfully implemented it in a short time.

With the spin-off of the project into Impleco GmbH, the foundation was laid for further expansion and the connection of additional banks to the platform. As a white-label product, PIA can be configured individually for each bank and the brand design can be customized.

Since April 2021, our offering has been supplemented by the content and service platform wohnglück.de. The merger with Bausparkasse Schwäbisch Hall will enable us to create a much broader offering covering all aspects of construction and housing - both for end customers and for cooperative banks.
