Our managing partner has joined the Advisory Council of VIFC-HCMC
14.07.2026
On July 12, 2026, the Vietnam International Financial Centre in Ho Chi Minh City (VIFC-HCMC) officially launched its Advisory Council to provide strategic guidance on its operations and development. Our managing partner, Jochen Biedermann, has joined as a member of the Council.
On the Council, Jochen contributes expertise across three areas: international financial centre strategy and international cooperation; FinTech, digital assets, the digital economy, and financial innovation; and inter-financial centre partnerships and innovation ecosystem connectivity.
This builds on his existing advisory role with VIFC-Da Nang, where he has served on the Advisory Council since August 2025 — giving him a vantage point across both of Vietnam's planned international financial centres.
The launch of the Advisory Council reflects a structured and collaborative approach to developing Ho Chi Minh City's international financial centre, bringing together experts, executives, and representatives across relevant fields to support its development direction and operational effectiveness — with the broader goal of attracting capital flows, promoting innovation, and strengthening Vietnam's position on the regional and global financial map.
