Use of AI in financial services, and ethical considerations

FinTechs, but also more and more incumbents, rely on the use of artificial intelligence for implementing their services. That offers many opportunities, but also possible risks. In our working paper, which we prepared for the task force “Ethics and Artificial Intelligence” of the Ethikverband der Deutschen Wirtschaft e.V., we discuss that issue.
